1. Who we are

This website is operated by AMPLENIO FINANCIAL SERVICES LLP, a Limited Liability Partnership registered in India, with its registered office at A-168, Vimal Nagar, Kamta, Chinhat, Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh — 226028, India. Our GSTIN is 09ACNFA9913B1ZB.

We are a loan distributor, also called a Direct Selling Agent or DSA. We introduce customers to banks and Non-Banking Financial Companies (NBFCs) and help them complete a loan application. We are not a bank and not an NBFC. We do not lend money.

In this policy, “we”, “us” and “our” mean AMPLENIO FINANCIAL SERVICES LLP. “You” means any person who visits this website or submits information to us.

2. What information we collect

Information you give us

When you fill in an enquiry form, an apply form, a partner application or a contact form on this website, we collect what you type into it. Depending on the form, that may include:

• Your full name
• Your mobile number and, if you give one, your email address
• Your city, state and PIN code
• Your employment type and monthly income
• The loan amount and tenure you are looking for
• Any existing EMI you are already paying
• Any message or additional detail you choose to write
• For partner applications: your business name, partner type, years of experience and expected monthly volume

You choose what to give us. Fields marked with an asterisk are the minimum we need to call you back and assess your enquiry. Everything else is optional.

Information we collect automatically

We record which page a form was submitted from, so we know what you were looking at when you enquired. We also apply a short-lived, in-memory rate limit based on the network address of the request, purely to stop automated spam submissions. That rate limit is not stored in our database and is discarded when the server restarts.

What we deliberately do NOT collect

• No analytics or tracking scripts. This website runs no Google Analytics, no advertising pixels, no heatmaps and no third-party trackers of any kind.
• No advertising or profiling cookies. The only cookies this site sets are session cookies for our own staff when they sign in to the admin area. If you are a visitor, the site sets no cookies at all.
• No sensitive documents through this website. Please do not upload or email PAN cards, Aadhaar, bank statements or property papers to us unprompted. When documents are genuinely needed, we will tell you the specific, secure way to send them.
• No account creation for customers. There is no visitor login or signup anywhere on this site. You never create a password with us.

3. Why we use your information

We use what you give us only for these purposes:

• To call you back about the enquiry you submitted, normally within 24 hours
• To understand your requirement and assess which lenders may be able to help
• To introduce your application to banks and NBFCs on our panel, with your consent
• To help you complete the lender's own application and documentation
• To keep you updated on the progress of your file
• To answer a question you have asked us
• To assess a partner application, if you applied to work with us
• To keep records we are required to keep by law, including under tax law

We do not sell your data. We do not rent it, trade it, or hand it to data brokers or marketing lists. Ever.

4. Consent to be contacted

Every form on this site carries this consent line, and you must tick it to submit:

By ticking it you agree that we, and the lenders we introduce your file to, may contact you on the number you gave us — by phone call, SMS or WhatsApp — about your enquiry.

This consent applies even if your number is registered on the National Do Not Call Registry or under the TRAI DND service, because you have specifically asked us to contact you about a service you enquired about.

You can withdraw this at any time. Call us on +91 80903 82592 or email ampleniof@gmail.com and tell us to stop contacting you. We will action it and confirm.

5. Who we share your information with

Banks and NBFCs

This is the core of what we do. To find you a loan, we must share your details with lenders. We share only what a lender needs to assess your case, and we share it only with lenders we believe have a realistic chance of approving you.

Once your information reaches a lender, that lender becomes an independent data controller of it. Their own privacy policy then governs what they do with it, and we have no control over that. We encourage you to read the privacy policy of any lender you formally apply to.

Credit bureaus

We do not pull your credit report ourselves. When you formally apply to a lender, that lender will pull your credit report from CIBIL, Experian, Equifax or CRIF High Mark. That is their enquiry, made with your authorisation, and it will appear on your credit report as a hard enquiry.

Our service providers

• Supabase — hosts our database, authentication and the function that sends us notification emails
• Vercel — hosts and serves this website
• Google (Gmail) — carries the notification email that tells our team a new enquiry has arrived

These providers process data on our instructions in order to run the service. They are not permitted to use your information for their own purposes.

Legal disclosure

We will disclose information where we are required to by law, by a court, or by a regulator or law enforcement agency acting within its powers.

6. Where your information is stored

Your information is stored in our Supabase database and is protected by row level security, which means the public internet cannot read enquiry records at all. Only signed-in members of our team, on an explicit allow-list, can open a lead.

Some of our providers operate servers outside India. Where information is transferred outside India, it remains protected by our contract with that provider and by this policy.

7. How long we keep it

• Enquiries that became a loan: kept for at least 8 years after the loan closes, because tax and financial records must be retained.
• Enquiries that did not proceed: kept up to 3 years, so we can pick up the conversation if you come back to us, and so we can evidence the consent you gave.
• Contact messages: kept up to 2 years.
• Partner applications: kept for the duration of the relationship, and for 3 years afterwards.

You can ask us to delete your information sooner. See the next section.

8. Your rights

You may ask us to:

• Tell you what we hold about you, and give you a copy of it
• Correct anything wrong — a misspelt name, an old number, a wrong income figure
• Delete your information, where we are not required by law to keep it
• Stop contacting you, at any time, for any reason or none
• Withdraw your consent to us sharing your file with lenders

Please note: if you ask us to delete your information while a loan application is live with a lender, we can delete our copy, but we cannot delete the lender's copy. You would need to contact them directly.

9. Children

This website and our services are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has given us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Security

We take these measures, among others:

• The whole site is served over HTTPS
• Enquiry records are protected by database-level row security, so they are not readable from the public internet even if an application bug existed
• Admin access is restricted to an explicit allow-list of named users, and every create, update and delete is written to an audit log
• Administrative credentials are never shared and are rotated if ever exposed

No system is perfectly secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. But if a breach occurs that affects your information, we will tell you and the relevant authority without undue delay.

11. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as our services or the law changes. The “last updated” date at the top will change when we do. If a change materially affects how we use your information, we will make that clear on this page.
